We aim to ship all items within 7 days.
We currently only ship to the UK although we are happy to give you a quote for shipping outside the UK. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
When payment is made in full then the items will be dispatched and should arrive at your door within 7 working days. If there is going to be a delay in the delivery of your item/items then we will email you to inform you.
When pre-ordering from the The Kiddies Shop we will confirm with you the estimated time of delivery via email.
In the event of a postal strike items may take longer to be delivered to you. We will inform you by email if this is the case.
All items that are not personalised that we sell online are covered under Distance Selling Regulations by a 7-day cooling off period. If you wish to return an item within this period then you need notify us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. The items must be returned in an unused condition, along with the invoice number which can be found on your order acknowledgement email we sent you. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and refund your money less postal costs or give you an exchange when we receive the item.
If the item is returned in a used condition then the item will be returned to you and you may incur charges. Made to order items and personalised items can only be returned if found to be faulty.
If the goods that you receive are faulty then we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and issue your with a full refund. We can only provide a refund if the returned goods have been unused.
If in the event that we have to send out a substitute item then you will be able to return it to us for a full refund if it is not required.
